So gorgeous.

I remember watching this clip ages ago. But it wasn't til Dick Mac had put it up on his blog that made me appreciate it so much more. Aren't they the most beautiful couple? Not only that, there's something awesome about mixed race couples. Not to say that non-mixed race couples are not as good... but there's something a bit special about mixed race couples. Seeing them emanates a feeling of the unification of love that crosses all boundaries.

Ask yourself the question. In the 'multicultural' world of today, do you see a whole lot of mixed race kids? No, not really. I think that there should be more mixed race kids out there. And they all should come together and represent a world of true multiculturalism. Why hasn't there yet been a revolution made up of mixed race kids? Ah, the day will come :)

Ladies and gentlemen,
John Lennon and Yoko Ono in No. 9 Dream!

And in the spirit of things, here's a photo of Robyn and I standing next to John Lennon's "Imagine" mosaic tribute in Strawberry Fields, Central Park, New York.

I have a complete hetero-affection towards John, by far my favourite Beatle, but I haven't seen this clip before. I personally don't find Yoko that attractive, though I find them a very cute couple.

I want to go to the tribute in NYC :( Hell, I just want to go to NY full stop.

Ohhhhhh New York...I'm going to go all teary and nostalgic now. Don't mind me, you just carry on.

Steve - Yes I totally agree, I don't find Yoko attractive at all... in terms of looks. I guess that brings in an entirely new dimension too... for John to be soo infatuated with a woman whom he loves incredibly and who's not America's next top model. Much kudos to that!

He's my fave Beatle too! Followed by George Harrison, Ringo Starr and Paul McCartney.

Robyn - Hehehe... I know... Ahh...

Holy crap, that's my order of favouritism too! I say holy crap because of the unusually low ranking of Paul that I also have. Apart from a few blindingly great songs a lot of the songs he wrote are bland to me. Yeah, his basswork is masterful though. I'm also lukewarm to his personality, can't decide whether I like him or not too, whereas I genuinely like the others.

Oh, and the small number of songs George wrote for the band are greater in my mind than 95% of the stuff Paul wrote for them. Look at me waffling :( I like The Beatles too much.

Haha, that's the spirit! I feel exactly the same way about Paul. Though I am not completely familiar with the whole Beatles back catalogue, Paul is my least favourite. And yes, his personality has quite an affect. Something about him is so bland. I find him a bit of a bore! And I don't like Paul's songs as much as I love George's or John's!

Damnit, I thought I've gotten over the effect/affect problem!
