Fantastico.

Just got back from a huge drive to the airport and all the way to Clayton. It was a success! Well, not entirely but good enough. I was meant to pick up 2 delegates but 1 didn't show. My brother was a legend and was waiting in the arrival hall with a sign whilst I was waiting at McDonalds (I'm not paying for parking there AGAIN!) around the corner. When they were ready to leave I drove around to pick them up and started the hike to Clayton. The delegate is from Pakistan and he's so friendly. We held a conversation the whole entire time (that's almost an hour car trip) and I learnt a lot about Pakistan that I didn't know before. Such as I always thought it was hot there but they get heaps of snow.

I'm glad that I'm actually picking up academics or atleast really intelligent people because they have a lot of cool things to share. The guy I picked up tonight will be presenting his research paper on Tsunami warning systems in Pakistan on tuesday which I will get to attend.
