I just saw a photo of myself from a year ago -- and I look like the biggest derbrain. Geez. How could I have possibly looked like that? It was the hair, I swear. And no, I'm not posting it here.

Hey check it out. The last few posts (including this one) have titles which are not really words at all but rather sounds made when you have nothing else better to say. "Omg", "Lalalala", "Wow". Gee, I'm good with this stuff.

Today I had to explain the meaning of 'sigh' to someone. And I just let out a big sigh. I was actually sighing because I had to explain such a self-explanatory word but then I realised I was already explaining it while I was feeling relunctant to explain it. It was the easiest thing I've ever done in my life (as opposed to writing that last sentence -- which proved to be rather difficult).

Um. That was weird. I just had a call from my boss at work.

Boss: "Um. Your contract ended today."
Me: "Yes I know, I signed an extension"
Boss: "YOU DID? Oh ok good. I was calling you to tell you not to come into work tomorrow thinking that you didn't sign an extension"
Me: Bewildered "Oh. Um. Yeah. Okay."
Boss: "Sorry, looks like we have to pick up our game"
Me: Thinking 'yes you should!' "That's okay... See ya!"

Man. Imagine getting a call from your boss telling you not to come into work tomorrow because you're no longer an employee due to a 'misunderstanding'... *eyes the size of saucers*.

Today I didn't do much at work. The machines that I was supposed to be figuring out (such as that highly dreaded Height Adjuster durability machine) were moved from the lab and into the crash centre because we had to put in some new flooring. That meant Removalist Georgina again which totally sucked. Anyway - so the machines are unplugged and therefore not functional so I spent the day in the sled room which was quite fun. The sled room is my haven.

I'm sleepy and I'm going to have a nap now. Good niggghttt.
